Amen. Reminds me of a quote that I can't find at the moment that essentially said 'If you are leading and no one is following, you're just out for a stroll'. I came across this blog through a mutual friend nickhuhn. Funny that we've never really met but work at the same company.

Ah, Nick is a super good guy, sharp too. It is quite ironic to meet through the world of the intarwebs yet we are working within the same 4 walls ;). I like that quote.
